Known as "The Capital Of Culture," Loíza is a small town located on the northeastern coast of Puerto Rico. Settled by stolen Nigerians of the Yoruba tribe, Loíza is the center of Afro-Puerto Rican history, retaining one of the highest percentages of African descendants of all the island.
